"We wanted a local company to design and install our bathroom, and we found Bathrooms Direct online via Google. I had an initial discussion about the new bathroom and liked Neil's approach and ideas. I met him at his tile supplier to choose the marble tiles I liked and a countertop for the basin unit. We could not find an ‘off-the-shelf’ basin unit, and this is one of the things we liked about working with Neil. The team were professional, respected our privacy, and kept our home clean and tidy. We were impressed that dust sheets were used and placed over our furniture in our adjoining bedroom. I did not ask them to do this, and this impressed us. We're delighted with our new en-suite bathroom, which was exactly what we had envisaged, and we love it!
